NO REFUNDS

We accept exchanges only. You must contact us within 2 business days after receiving your items to be issued a exchange. Hair extensions may be returned for an exchange, if the product is not as specified by customer, meaning wrong length or texture, but must not have been altered or manipulated by the customer including; shampooing, conditioning, cutting or coloring or sewing products must remain intact and in its original packaging. Please notify us within 2 business days upon receipt of your purchase and please return hair extensions within 3 business days of you contacting us with your concerns for all potential exchanges. Please view all pictures and descriptions provided for each texture to be certain that the texture chosen is to your specifications as no refunds will be given. 

There will be a 30% restocking fee for any orders placed and later cancelled due to negligence on the customers part.
